SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR
Job description:
• Familiar to provide administrative support to Offshore Procurement and Logistics.
• Familiar to provide clerical support associated with preparing, copying, printing, filing and/or scanning of Supply Chain documents, reports, performance data, and vendor correspondence.
• Good knowledge how to assist Buyers in preparing documents for the vendor qualification process, financial credit reviews, and vendor setup in accordance with company policy.
• Good knowledge how to assist in preparing, maintaining and updating procurement procedures, and vendor performance in accordance with the Quality Management System ISO 9001.
• Assist accounting with tracking down Proof of Delivery, PO status and internal expediting.

• Familiar to maintain and audit Project Supply Chain related folders to ensure all documentation is present.
• Well to prepare and assist in prequalification of vendors, gather and file associated documentation and obtain approvals.
• Good knowledge how to maintain Approved Vendor List and vendor data files for accuracy and kept current renewals.
• Good knowledge how to provide support for Vendor Scorecard and overall vendor performance metrics.
• Good knowledge how to assist with updating Excel Spreadsheets related to metrics, Project closure, and Special Tasks.

General Requirements:
• Candidate must posses at least Senior High School/Vocational High School or similar field.
• At least 3-10 years experiences in Fabrication or Construction Oil & Gas, Marine projects.
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency in MS Office Application.
• Must be able to work independently or learn Work team.
• Good Communication.
• Good Leadership and analytical.
• Excellent Problem Solving.
• Good interpersonal skill.
