Research and Development Engineer
Requirements :
● Bachelor's degree in :
- Mathematics or science (1position),
- Mechanical engineering (1position),
- Electronics engineering (1position),
- Biomedical engineering (1position),
- Electrical engineering (1position),
- Computer engineering (1 position),
- Software Development engineering (1position).
● with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (above / Cumlaude is preferred).
● 3+ years' experience as an R&D engineer (fresh graduates with exceptional knowledge and skills are accepted).
● Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
● In-depth knowledge of theory and application of technology.
● Proficient with computer design software.
● Excellent writing skills in English.
● Excellent communication skills in English.
● Experience with project management.
● Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
● Likes to Learn new things and has the initiative to self-learn.

Research and development engineer responsibilities:
● Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas.
● Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and the 2/3 functions.
● Collaborating with the production engineering and marketing department on product feasibility.
● Design new and redesign existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
● Creating design projects, specification sheets and product catalog.
● Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders.
● Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes.
● Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
● Resolving product issues before and after sales.
● Develop training materials for new product (Experiment manual, videos of installation and operation).
● Overseeing the production process.
