1. PROJECT ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least having 10 years of experience in fabrication project management.
• Personality – Good ABCDE (Attitude, Behaviour, Character, Discipline & Enthusiasm).
• Good English communication skill (oral and written).
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork.
• Good knowledge on work scheduling and work sequencing.
• The ability to work with multiple discipline task.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.

Main Duties (including but not limited to):
• Coordinate with all departments involved in the development of engineering (shop) drawings, technical studies etc.
• Co-ordination of all production assigned module(s) activities and the maintenance of production schedules.
• Maintaining good coordination with Clients for any project related matters and problem solving
• Assist Project Manager in justifying the request on adequate and suitably qualified personnel and resources.
• Supervision of material control, yard logistics and coordinate with shipping staff for materials receipt and project deliveries.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for the adequate resources to maintain an effective plant and equipment maintenance program, based on the needs from his/her assigned module.
• Maintenance of good house-keeping standards and fabrication facility as per the given project standards requirements.
• Administration of the Contract and its Budget control of his/her assigned module.
• Developing project schedule to meet client requirements and monitoring of his/her assigned module.
• Coordination and Monitoring of project material procurement of his/her assigned module.
• Monitoring of the overall progress of the project and control of his/her assigned module.
• Studying cost status and report to the Project Manager, if there is deviation in project budget of his/her assigned module.
• To report any unsafe act or condition to the immediate superior or HSE department and be role of model and perform report safety leadership in his/her own area.
• Responsible to report the project progress/ schedule, cost/budget, materials provisions, potential backlogs, risks, etc. of his/her assigned module to Project Manager.
• Propose ideas and plans to Project Manager for expediting the project, cost efficiency, critical to quality related to his/her assigned module.
• Assist Project Manager in resolving issues on quality, safety, cost and delivery and maintain his/her own module successful completion.
• Liaise internally with other staff of company intra departments for successful operation and completion of his/her assigned module.
• Liaise externally with customer, suppliers and other external parties for flawless construction and completion of his/her assigned module.
