Line Inspector
Job description:
o Inspect and check assemblies / products to ensure conformity to requirements JBS/OWS or other relevant documents.
o Accurate records are maintained and relevant documentation completed.
o Monitor and Report on the effectiveness of Quality Control in process within the relevant departments. (e.g. operator mode are respected to the OWS/JBS and other relevant documents).
o Prompt and accurate to follow up about any non conformity Nonconforming assemblies or products are identified and removed.
o Where require collect and input data for monitoring and measuring performance against relevant KPI’s.

- MDR
- Observe safety rules and work in a manner so as not to cause injury to
- operators.
o All safety rules and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) are followed by Operator.
o Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
o When the situation dictates, be prepared to cover in other areas of the department to ensure continuity of service quality.
o To carry out duties that ensures the smooth running of the quality operation.
o To ensure no equipment of out of calibration date.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree (DIII) Automation/Electronic/Electrical/other Engineering Sciences.
2. Job Related Experience: At least 1 years Quality Department.
3. Business Understanding: TPM understanding, C++, Visual Basic, Other programming language, Electrical design, PLC, assembly process, general manufacturing equipment (Soldering, screwing, testing, pick and place, greasing, labeling, flashing, coating).
4. Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English, Indonesia (For local), Ability to use MS Office, Lean sigma mindset, Presentation & Communication skill.
5. Experience in PCBA Assembly and Analitic.
