Network
• Degree in any engineering course or its equivalent experience.
• Must Have 5+ Years of Experience in Industrial or Consumer Products similar to Schneider Electric industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills is needed to be successful in this role.
• Very good project management skills. PMI certification is an advantage but not required.
• Problem Solving and Decision-making Skills are Necessary
• Must have working experience on cost reduction projects, optimizations and other material related cost improvement in the company.
• Purchasing, manufacturing, R&D, project management, sustaining engineering, and technical engineering are functions and related experiences preferred but not necessarily required.
• Must have excellent MS office skills specially excel and powerpoint.
• Knowledge in Value Engineering/Value Methodology is definitely an advantage.
• Very good communication skills
