◆ Drive automation projects related to scheduling/planning/dispatching tools and auto production reporting. To revisit the algorithm of dispatching rule
◆ Identify, discuss,s and analyze problems related to ‘bottleneck equipment/production areas with relevant departments.
◆ Interact with Operation and Production Control for demand commitment and delivery schedules.
◆ To identify opportunities for further improving shop floor performance.

◆ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical / Electronic, Material, etc), Data Analytics, Computing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Management.
◆ Have 3-5 years of relevant working experience
◆ Pro-active and possess “can-do attitude”, ready to work hard and work extra miles to ensure KPI targets are achieved.
◆ Able to interface and coordinate with stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, well organized, and able to think outside of the box.
◆ Strong knowledge of semiconductor industries, manufacturing, industrial engineering, and planning practices. Familiar with machines UPH, OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), and managing bottleneck processes.
