◆ Drive site Automation strategy, provide an attractive business case to pull in ideas, and ensure harvesting upon implementation.
◆ Drive and deploy the yearly segment/site level technical goal/target setting as the input for TCR/LTCR, for respective job scope.
◆ Conduct yearly benchmarking (BPI, BCD, internal i-SHARP) exercises to secure additional productivity pipelines.
◆ Drive standardization and optimization of work methods. Coordinate implementation of MES and Compliance monitoring system.
◆ Support the execution of defined Automation projects and the harvesting of benefits from completed projects.

◆ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
◆ Strong Industrial Engineering knowledge and the ability to operate Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies such as OEE, MMO/ Headcount modeling, Simulation, and Operating Curve Management.
◆ Project Management knowledge and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals and results.
◆ Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or possessing experience in applying DMAIC principles is preferred.
