Operations Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
◆ Operations planning, staffs & workers recruitment, and training for the new factory expansion.
◆ Planning, Installation, testing and operating the equipment to meet the manufacturing readiness requirements.
◆ Fully responsible of the manufacturing operations on planning, purchasing, production, engineering, quality and so forth.
◆ Work with sales and materials planning groups to ensure customer satisfaction relative to delivery schedules and commitments.
◆ Determines needs for necessary capital equipment for both the operations as well as support equipment and facilities.
◆ Develop plans and strategies for ensuring the efficient use of materials, machines, and human resources.
◆ Review production costs and product quality and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.
◆ Analyses factory and department budget requests, to identify areas in which reductions can be made and allocates operating budget.
◆ Submit monthly KPI, budget and P&L reports to General Manager.
◆ Build customer’s required quality systems. Implement 5S, maintain good Security and Safety of the facilities on daily basis.
◆ Interface with customers, make business trips within/ out of Indonesia.
◆ Support Administration to handle government related issues to comply with relevant regulations in proactive manner: Labor, Safety, Environment, etc.
◆ Build, develop and maintain a high integrity & efficient team for our operations.
◆ Make sure the cost effectiveness of the operations, and implement continuous improvement approach.
◆ Treat people fairly and play the leadership role in consistent manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
◆ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management in plastics manufacturing and box build assembly environment.
◆ Have minimum D3 or bachelor’s degree.
