Job Description
• In the first year the Apprentice will be given the OJT Development Program and will be rotated in 3 SCM functions (Contract Procurement, Business Excellence and Materials) before we decided in the second year that will be placed in a certain position.
• The Apprentice will be given a dedicated Mentor who will ensure and monitor all programs running smoothly.
• During the OJT process, All Apprentice will also be given training related to an Introduction of the Oil & Gas Industry, Basic Knowledge, Technical Training related to the requirements of the SCM function and several soft skills.
