c. Provide engineering supports including the new technology, best drilling practices and technical recommendations to ensure efficiency, safety and cost control in all drilling activities.
d. Provides input to the other Department for Work Program and Budget, Operation and Business Plan when required.
e. Planning and preparation of all drilling activities in company operated and non-operated areas.
2. Supporting Drilling Operations

a. Support in designing wells and developing procedures to deliver optimum drilling performance and comply with Company Drilling Policy and Standards and Government Rules and Regulations.
b. Support in monitoring daily drilling operations and providing technical and engineering supports.
c. Specify, select, identify QA, Order and QC / inspect all drilling materials & services to meet Company’s Drilling Policy and Standards.
d. Follow up of daily drilling activities and regular reporting of the progress with proper recommendation for any necessary action/decision to be taken.
e. Support in preparation of all drilling and related service providers' contracts and administration of same.
