Asst Warehouse Manager
Responsibility:
● To Supervise, guiding and managed team member on job arrangements from kitting materials, issuing to production, storing material and comply to company policies.
● Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the successful and timely flow of production work. Assist with and oversee all work that is set-up during the day.
● Provides direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to achieve prescribed operational objectives within established timelines and in accordance with quality, safety, inventory control.
● Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site and exhibit good sense of judgment to ensure that parties involved are treated fairly without bias.
● Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner and that it is in line with the stock balance to avoid mix up.

● To make well use of the SAP (WM) system for the warehouse management and give the constructive advice/feedback for enhancing/improving the system.
● Establish and maintain designated work areas and arranges as needed; always ensure orderly and safe conditions.
● To Ensure smoothen of material supply to production based on requirement with FIFO principle.
● To implement the 6-S system for store and implemented and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
● To strictly control the consumable usage for warehouse and ensure there are no abusively using of them with some workable control measures.
● To conduct cycle count for those critical materials or in case of any uncertain stock and assist Accounts Departments for the annual stocktaking, and Ensure inventory accuracy in system.
● Support Ad Hoc task.

Special Skills requirements:
● Strong in Warehouse role.
● Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other relevant fields.
● Familiar with SAP (WM) system.
● Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
● Fluent in English.
● Great interpersonal skills and communication skills
● 5- 10 years above of working experience in logistic preferably.
● Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
