Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
(1) Fully responsible for the management of the personnel administration department;
(2) Continuously optimize and improve the various rules and regulations of the Personnel Administration Department, and standardize the post operation process;
(3) Responsible for the preparation of the company's annual human resources planning, and organize the recruitment and training of personnel.
(4) Resume talent echelon and talent pool to provide sufficient talent resources for the company's development.
(5) Responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of various activities and meetings of the company, and be responsible for the results of the activities and meetings.
