RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Checking PR / requests for goods from each division.
● Making PR from approved PO.
● Execute the PO to the relevant supplier.
● Attach PR and PO when invoices from vendors arrive, so that payments can be submitted.

● Making daily reports on items that have been ordered and the progress of these items and making reports on items / items that are pending along with reasons.
● Handle invoices and help create payment reminders to vendors.
● Ensuring the quality and quantity of goods are appropriate.
