• Monitor the performance of contractors, providing guidance as necessaryto ensure pipingaspects of the scope and optimal costs are achieved whilemeeting project deliverables.
• Review and validate all Piping Engineering documents(drawings/datasheets/philosophies/specifications etc.) produced by vendors,contractors and consultants to ensure alignmentwith project specifications andCompany standards. Support to Fabrication Yard for PipingFabrication issue toresolve.
• Accountable for ensuring execution of work is technically aligned andin compliance withproject specification and contract documents, in particularEPC contractors scope of work.
• Ensuring that Qatargas Operations Policies, Standards of BusinessConduct, Qatargas ProjectManagementSystem (QGPMS), are adhered to during detaildesign phase do the project.
• Participate in various project reviews including Safety Workshops, ColdEye Reviews and Value.
• Improvement Workshops, as required.
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 10-12 years’ experience of Piping Engineering in a major clientproject environment in the oil and gas industry, with a broad knowledge ofengineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safetycriteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
