TECHNICAL PRODUCTIVITY LEADER

Main Job Objective:
• Animate the whole technical productivity (through VA/VE/VM, Change of Suppliers, Localization) in Schneider Electric Batam, Indonesia plant.
• Responsible for achieving the material productivity savings target in Batam Cluster of Schneider Electric plants.
• Works with plants MPLs (project leaders) for the funding process in order to allocate proper resources and budget for productivity related projects
• Organize QVE (Quality Value Engineering) and COS (Change of Suppliers) workshops with R&D, suppliers, plants teams, and other stakeholders to generate ideas.

• Organize internal and external cost benchmarks for SE products with other plants and competitor products.
• Proactively update and organize steering committee meeting with all stakeholders and sponsors on a regular basis.
• Lead projects which are impacting muti-plants
• Support plant MPLs in clearing roadblocks, coach them in the QVE&COS process.
• Works with the company process owner in ensuring a robust process to follow, improving for efficiency.
