◆ Be responsible for High power Test contacting and implement solutions for the next generation of Test hardware for new product introduction.

◆ Have good knowledge of test contact mechanisms interfacing with PCB board application in a tri-temperature environment. Good application knowledge of plating and material engineering will be an advantage.

◆ Required to understand current production pinpoints and generate ideas to improve the cost of the test.

◆ Lead FMEA for new equipment and process. Able to utilize it to identify equipment weaknesses and derive solutions for both Quality and Productivity.

◆ Demonstrate a strong record of new equipment tool up, start-up, and production ramp with handover process to large-scale manufacturing.

◆ Drive Innovation, Productivity & Quality improvement projects.

◆ Have 5+ years of experience.
