In your new role you will:
- Establish Process Control e.g. SPC, APC, Cpk, contribute to stable manufacturing processes in quality and delivery; Monitor with leading indicators.
- Improve process yield / quality by using various sources of data and information (upstream/downstream process knowledge, defect catalog, equipment matrix, etc.)
- Develop and implement process automation systems to enhance failure detection and improve process efficiency.
- Accountable to resolve process related problem (including excursion case and customer complain) by using 8D methodology, 6Sigma, 7QC tools as part of investigation/actual verification.
- Identify the needs in process document updates (control plan, FMEA, OCAP, OJTI, etc) to ensure it is up to date with shop floor practice.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Process and Auto Vision environment in Semiconductor or similar high technology manufacturing.
- Experience in leading a process efficiency and enhancement project.
- Deep understanding of database and AI platform programming.
- The ability to make use a group of data as reference for systematical purpose.
- Excellent English, and presentation skills.
