Senior Test Engineer
Description:
• To be responsible in Industrialization test & control equipment for front-end and back-end processes for the new product in SEMB.
• Front end test processes refer to PCBA testing using FVT and the standard platform such as ICT (Agilent, SPEA and so on).
• Back end test processes ( Product functionality control ) refer to final product assemblies testing and these include SPEA test system, specific bench ( laser , burn in …. ) and traceability system.

The expected contributions of this position
• To make sure that the process delivers to the plant for the new product is in line with the quality requested .Robustness, Test functional, poka yoke, traceability ….
• Provide the technical and economic elements necessary for the estimated product cost structure.
• Create optimal industrial scenarios in conformity with the Schneider-Electric policy.
• Create test specification and qualify the tester & fixtures with the right level of cost objectives, quality and project lead time.
• Provide technical expertise and support To the units of production ,and in Continuous Engineering.
• Provide technical supports To production sites in the SEA region.
• Develop plant technical capabilities.
• Manage suppliers.
• Reach the right product quality through the process qualification.

Qualifications
• Diploma with > 5years experience as Industrial Test Engineer on manufacturing environment.
• experience in electronic industry and PCBA industrial domain.
• Be a strong team player as well a strong individual contributor, and interact with different parties (including Plant level).
• Knowledge of VC++, LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI and assembly programming language.
• Highly adaptive to change.
• Abilities to interact with cross functional people.
• communication ability in a multi-cultural environment.
• analytical skills, problem solving skills.
