Deskripsi pekerjaan:
Senior PPIC (Production Planning and Control)
- Set the planning of production with Senior Spv.
- Given schedule to Coordinator pre-prod for arrangement cutting.
- Follow up with bundling for supply input to production.
- Pass the schedule to all spv line.
- Follow up the schedule when the order running in production based on the delivery.
- Maintain good communication with the all SPV /Leader pre-prod and staff Production.
- Collect daily output from packing record.
- Coordinator daily production status with spv/leader for the improvement.
- Arrange schedule for Final Inspection (Local QA or 3rd party).
- Work closely with all other Department.
- Report to BIHQ if any issue.
- Discuss the production plan with PM for the Action.

Finish Good Supervisor
- Ensure packers are following the right procedures.
- Gauging of carton boxes as and when required.
- To prepare and follow packing list.
- To perform 100% scan and pack.
- Writing of carton markings.
- Keeping inventory records of left over garments.
- Carrying out all tasks as assigned by the packing supervisor.
- Pulling, storing and shipping of finished goods.

Industrial Engineer
- Improve industrial process in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability with measurement, line balancing and develop effective production work methods to achieve production target and efficiency.
- Improve production process to achieve factory KPIs and buyers requirements.
- Ensure standard method and SMV’s are followed and consistently implemented. Communicate to HQ for any discrepancy.
- Propose and implement projects.
- Provide Leadership to inculcate continuous improvement mindset.
Persyaratan:
- Graduate of Bachelor in any field (1).
- Minimum Diploma or Equivalent (2).
- Graduate of Bachelor in Science in Industrial Engineering or related courses. (3)
- 3-5 years of production plan and controller (PPC) or relevant equivalent. (1)
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience at the same position in Garment manufacturing. (2)
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience with the same role. (3)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia. (1, 3)
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. (1, 3)
- Leadership, discipline, attention to detail, independence and willingness to work under pressure. (2)
- Preferably Senior specializing in
- Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. (2)
- Meticulous attention to detail and Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Integrity and discipline towards work.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
