Network
- Computer science or manufacturing degree.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years IT factory-facing or manufacturing environment experience.
- Knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure, manufacturing applications (such as PINpoint , SAP or Freedom eLOG) and IT security & controls.
- Availability to work off-shift when needed for systems changes or be on a call rotation to provide support should any systems be down on an evening or weekends.
Top candidates will also bring:
- Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL based support processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management).
- Strong communication skills, be an innovative thinker, have strong problem-solving skills, work well in a team environment, and possess strong customer relationship and customer support skills.
- Individuals should demonstrate innovative qualities to explore new technologies, which improve the efficiency of the factory environment.
