Responsibilities:
- Responsible for compensation & benefits policies and programs in Batam, which includes audits, benchmarking, compensation structures, job evaluation, income increase process and budgeting.
- Ensure practices are competitive, attractive and comply with local legislation and corporate policies/guidelines.
- Keep apprised of industry trends and regulations to ensure local programs are kept up to date.
- Provide consultation and advice as compensation & benefits expert.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; preferably with specialization in related field (Social sciences and humanities, Business Administration/Economics).
- 6+years' of related experience in compensation and benefits management.
Strong foundation in job evaluation, compensation structures, incentive plan design, benchmarking and market analysis. - Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and management.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
