Deskripsi kerja:
. Design and improve manufacturing processes complying with ergonomic and safety rules
. Bring digital innovation to Manufacturing product lines.
. Apply right methodology to map end to end process efficiency VSM.
. Map and identify any process deviations using proper methodology (MTM ,SMB2, video analysis, VSM, swim lane etc..
. Lead complex and transversal projects to improve warehouse processes using proper methodology focusing on:
. Safety and ergonomics conditions.
. Customer satisfaction.
. Efficiency of the warehouse.
. Cost reduction.
. Demonstrate Lean and driving towards the transformation in your respective sector adapting SPS principles.
. Improve overall MPH of the product lines applying LADM concepts.
. Work on new projects and ensure to deliver the project with collaboration from Project leaders.
Qualifications
. Fluency in English is a must!
. Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, SAP (user) and Autocad 2D;
. Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment;
. Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach;
. Experience in process improvement, lean implementation and/or warehouse process designing;
. Experience in implementation of SMART technologies in Manufacturing is preferred.
. Must be willing to be based in Batam
