R&D Engineer Job Description :

We have created a network for research and collaboration that spans the globe. Our partners are some of the most respected educational institutions and industry trendsetters in the world allowing us to continually bridge the gap between classroom learning and hands-on practice.
We are seeking a group of talented R&D engineers to focus on doing the design and testing of our new range of products. You will also assist with the redesign of existing products for improvement when required.

In this role, you will be working closely as a team to create functional design concepts, test and verify the designs, and oversee the implementation of development projects. You may also be spearheading the redesign of existing products.
To ensure success, you should have exceptional mathematical and scientific knowledge, a talent for design and prototyping, and experience with team management.
Top R&D engineers use their technical design skill to create functional and attractive product that are cost-effective and user-friendly.
The position will be at the Labtech HQ RnD and Development Center on Batam Island.
