Duties/Responsibilities:

● Arrange business interviews.
● Post and maintained vacancy notices.
● Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition organization and its services.
● File HR-related documentation, maintain HR files and personnel data/records.
● Assesses and analyses the desirability/necessity of improvements and simplifications in HR related processes Attachment and procedures and initiates a change request.
