Job details:
- Accounting documents are shared via our internet cloud server.
- Bookkeeper will download all the source accounting digital files in the internet server into your computer.
- You will be trained to convert image files into text files and import them to Xero Accounting Modules - Invoices, Suppliers bills, and Bank transactions, and attach the relevant documents to Xero system.
- Complete the bank reconciliation in Xero.
- Submit the finished DRAFT accounts (eg. P/L, B/S, T/B, G/L, Bank recon report, etc) , and accounting issues to Singapore HQ.
- Upload your feedback questions to SG HQ.
- Answers to your questions and supporting documents for you to amend.
