Estate Manager
Job Scopes:
- Planning and implementing engineering projects and capex improvements to ensure that the companies’ facilities are functional and safe for employee.
- Coordinating with other managers to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensuring that workplace safety standards are met by inspecting equipment, machinery, and facilities on a regular basis.
- Maintaining communication with tenants/customer and suppliers to ensure that job are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that operation schedules are met, equipment is repaired when necessary, materials are available when needed, and labor costs are monitored.
- Providing guidance to subordinates to ensure that they understand their responsibilities and perform their jobs effectively.
- Controlling Departements activities, ensuring the availability of supporting facilities through maintenance and care planning to buildings and estate grounds.
- Monitoring annual costs allocation to ensure the achievement of targets according to quality standards, time and costs that have been approved by company.
- Promoting the industrial estate's businesses through marketing channels such as social media.

Position requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering /Mechanical & Electrical or Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Industrial Estate, Estate Management or similar.
- Experience in property management including coordination of estate operation, maintenance/renovation, groundskeeping management and operations.
- Ability to speak and write English & familiar with MS Office.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2015 implementation.
- Great leadership & project management abilities.
- Excelent interpersonal & communication skill.
