Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology is a must.
• Experienced in related field (training department) preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Required skill(s): training methods, training theories, training need analysis, training administration, presentation skills.
• Domiciled in Batam.

Job Responsibilities

• To plan, coordinate and ensure the training plan and training activities are running smoothly in coordination with head of related departments.
• To administer the employee training records and on hands on any training arrangement.
• To source and communicate with training providers, the internal trainers and invited specialist trainers of any topics of training prior to conduct the training.
• Set up and continually improving human resource development strategy to improve the knowledge base of employee.
• Develop new training for develop employee's skill/know how.
