1. Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements in manufacturing and production.
2. Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance product quality, increase efficiency, cycle time reduction projects, statistical process control (SPC), and reduce costs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and production, to ensure successful project implementation.
4. Prepare and present reports on project progress, findings, and management recommendations.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have a background in Metallurgy, Material, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
2. Familiarity with Heat Treatment (HT) or Electro Plating (EP) processes. Experience in Heat Treatment or Electro Plating is a plus.
3. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in process innovation, development, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
