Take responsible for direct materials ordering. Ensure materials on time delivery to support production operation. Control inventory to reduce overstock, excess, obsolescence stock.

Support new project material available follow up. Support new supplier audit, new parts ISI sampling audit and release process. Comply with WIK company policy and support department KPI.

Responsibilities:

• Support NPI team and coordinate new project materials available on time and production schedule on time, support SQE to solve material quality issue and complain.
• Support for new supplier’s’ audit, new parts’ ISI process audit, responsible for ISI sampling and release follow up.
• Responsible for direct material ordering, daily delivery schedule, vendor delivery performance, manage forecast.
• Apply system set up for better inventory control purpose. (Lot size, GR time, Safety stock…etc)
• Follow up ECR/ECN change that related to production material.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and minimum 2 years working experience in the same position.
• Familiar with procurement system, SAP knowledge, effective communication ability and persuasion, understand a basic knowledge of incoterm.
• Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, Solid skill for Microsoft Excel, understand and can speak Mandarin will be advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
