Finance & Accounting Staff
Job Responsibilities
- Checking invoices in accordance with BDV checklist.
- Checking and complete expense report, including BDV input to the system.
- Ensure the GRN (Good Receipt Notes) has been carried out properly prior to PO posting into the system.
- Filling and scan documents related Finance, Accounting & Tax in accordance with standards.
- Responsible for other administrative matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Finance & Accounting area.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team.
- Good time management, honest, detail oriented, strong analytical skill, and sense of urgency.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting system and computer.
- Willing to be hired on contractual basis for 6 months.
