- Closely lead and supervise subordinates and ensure that Securities tasks/functions are performed as directed.
- Take precautionary measures against any threat or risk to the Securities and apply mitigation measures.
- Ensure that all guards, hardware, and security systems (CCTV, Card reader, alarm, SOP, etc) are working and in excellent condition within 24 hours.
- Screening, interviewing, reviewing (background check), and counseling the external security guards to maintain order throughout the company.
- Respond to any complaints/reports.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor/Diploma in Law, Business Administration, and others.
- Knowledge in Security management, CCTV system & door access operation.
- Required at least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- English literate, active in both writing and speaking.
