Job Specification – Package Delivery Specialist - Qatar & Batam
- Reporting to the Head of Topsides Execution for the delivery of the NFXP Offshore Topsides packages; (primarily the Building Packages (Control & Auxiliary Module, High Voltage & Temporary Refuge).
- Advise in the implementation and completion of the EPCI scope(s) of work and key milestones, responsible for site delivery and monitoring of packages; through the equipment/material procurement delivery, and any subcontract awards required to execute the packages through to final delivery execution phase, from their design through to yard commissioning activities and sign-off.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Monitor the packages execution are in-line with project expectations, in regard to quality, HSE, specifications, and schedule.
- Check the packages equipment/material delivery at the yard in accordance with the latest ROS dates. Develop coordination and expediting with the Main Design/Procurement Office and the yard teams.
- Analyze readiness of the related subcontracts at the yard in accordance with the latest ROS dates. Support coordination and expediting with the Main Design/Procurement Office and yard teams.

- Coordinate and check timely mobilization of Vendors and subcontractors at the yard for installation, SAT and commissioning. Inspect punch list in ICAPS and establish procurement and tracking of all required material by EPC Contractor and Vendors to allow timely completion.
- Identify issues across multi-disciplines and drive resolution with Company disciplines.
- Check organization of EPC Contractor and their building subcontractors and advise on the performance during fabrication/installation. Advise risks/issues and propose mitigations.
- Accountable for the timely fabrication completion of the buildings.
- Coordinate the timely readiness of the buildings, at each step of systems completion, their final completion and their sea fastening prior to sail away. Advise Head of Topsides Execution and Construction Manager with buildings’ risk identification and propose mitigation.
- Write input for the weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyze EPC package execution schedule(s) & report progress, working with EPC CONTRACTOR to identify delays and propose recovery plans as necessary.
