◆ Troubleshoot equipment from minor and major machine errors, including problematic common quality deviation.
◆ Coordinate 5S/housekeeping within working hours and autonomous maintenance on assigned equipment in charge.

◆ Analysis, control, and improvement of Maintenance KPIs (e.g., OEE, UDT,SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.).
◆ Ability to plan maintenance scheduling and ensure execution. Lead and develop the maintenance team's competency (including technicians).
◆ Develop maintenance overhaul, adjustment, and calibration know-how(skill & knowledge) for all Tools & Equipment.
◆ Knowledge of equipment processes (e.g., PM kits replenishment, spare parts request, calibration/buy-off and maintenance of tools kits, etc.)and KPIs (PM efficiency and PM effectiveness).
◆ Proficient in understanding machine elements, electrical & electronics, sensor & pneumatic, PLC, etc.
