Equipment Engineer Manager

Your Tasks
- Be responsible for all Equipment and associated technologies, PLC, HMI, Test strategy development and introduction.
- Be responsible for Equipment improvement, automation, and new production line costing.
- Be responsible for Introducing new projects, new automation design, smart production equipment and fixtures.
- Be responsible for Improving production lines efficiency, testing and control cost.
- Plan, coordinate, and delegate tasks effectively that ensure engineering projects are delivered with great quality and in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance to the team members to be on the right track in running technical projects.
- Be responsible for the adoption of solutions and new technology in the team.
- Ensure team members are continuously aligned and engaged with the company’s or team’s vision.
- Facilitate best practice sharing within the engineering team.
- Control improvement projects budget / cost, maintain schedule, adjust, and repair jigs, equipment and productions and follow up production line output.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in equipment, mechatronics or automation engineering or other related majors.
- Having more than 10 years of experiences as an Engineering Manager in manufacturing.
- Expert knowledge of automation and equipment and components.
- Strong IE capability and Lean Principles while building solution.
- Strong Project management skills and ability to perform under high pressure.
- Proficient in fault analysis and good trouble shooting capability.
- Familiar with design 3D software, AutoCAD, etc Knowledge of PLC, HMI, variety of brands and capability to program, faults find.
- Strong collaborative skills, best practice to link with global team and customer.
