● Support the product group in Quality system certification.
● Customer complaint handling.
● Co-ordination of Q-team meeting to perform root-cause analysis.
● Preparation of 8D reports
● Co-ordinate Corrective and preventive actions
● Work procedure /sample board /OIP preparation within the product group QA
● Review process which are critical to customer claims (C2C)
● Issue and review the document related with reporting of new specification of product release for internal circulation (related with product development)
● Experience in manufacturing sector, preferably in Quality control functions.
● Experience of working in ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 9001 Quality system environment.
