1. Human Capital Business Partner Supervisor
Task & Responsibility
- Facilitate and review the preparation of a new organizational structure or organizational change.
- Coordinate the team in carrying out employee development programs.
- Lead the team to regularly update, analyze data and administer human capital.
- Directing the team to carry out legal processes, industrial relations & employee engagement.
- Team control and carry out general affairs and permits.
- Carry out managerial functions such as managing the implementation of the HC team's work planning in their area according to the target, as well as monitoring the implementation of tasks and KPI assessments.

Requirement
- S1 all major.
- Experience min. 3 years in supervisory position in human capital/min. 5 years in human capital staff position.
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office Calc, ERP system (SAP), and other digital technologies.
- Understand organization design, organization sizing, job evaluation, corporate culture, assessment, performance management, training & development, potential sourcing, career & success.
- Understand data analysis, labor regulations, general affairs processes, as well as company and employment licensing processes.
2. Sales Engineer
Job Description :
- Develop a list of target customers (sales targets and new customers).
- Increase sales by considering the selling price, profit (EBIT) and smooth payment (DSO) with the approval of superiors.
- Coordinate and carry out sales process activities starting from sales offers, installation of tanks/tubes/gas and others along with supporting facilities up to the realization of delivery (according to the approved offer).
- Coordinate and expand the business area, add customers, increase customers.
- Coordinate and prepare price offers, projects, tenders approved by superiors.
- Coordinate and update contract agreements with customers (contract period, price addendum, changes to customer data) in accordance with applicable regulations.

Requirement :
- Bachelor of any field, preferable industrial engineering major.
- Fresh Graduate are welcomed.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing company and its position in the market.
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
