Blibli Omnichannel Mobility Group (Blibli OMG) menghadirkan toko tukar tambah. Total Blibli OMG kini miliki 33 toko tukar tambah dengan pilihan gadget multibrand dan bagian upaya bekelanjutan dari Blibli melalui Blibli OMG untuk memperkuat strategi omnichannel, khususnya dalam memberi kemudahan tukar tambah bagi konsumen dalam mendapatkan gadget dan perangkat elektronik terkini. Ini lowongan kerja Blibli OMG.
1. Area Manager (Monobrand, Multibrand, Apple)
Requierements:
. At least a bachelor's degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 out 4.00.
. Minimum 5 years sales experience with minimum 3 years experience in leading a big team (preferably from mobile phen industry background).
. Having experience in leading a big team (40++ people).
. Excellence communication, presentation, leadership, and organization skills.
. Strong understanding the market trend and needs.
. Strong partnership and customer relationship skills.
. Strong knowledge about sales techniques/methods, profit and loss.
. Extensive network & history in the sales industry.
2. Area Supervisor (Multibrand & Monobrand)
Requirements:
. At least a bachelor's degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 out 4.00.
. Minimum 5 years sales experience with minimum 3 years experience in leading a big team (preferably from mobile phen industry background).
. Having experience in leading a big team (40++ people).
. Excellence communication, presentation, leadership, and organization skills.
. Strong understanding the market trend and needs.

3. Finance Staff HQ
Requirements:
. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting.
. Having minimum 1 year experience in related field.
. Experience and familiar to operate Ms. Excel or any finance/accounting system.
. Has a great initiative and good communication skill.
4. Finance Depo Staff
Requirements:
. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting.
. Having minimum 1 year experience in related field.
. Experience and familiar to operate Ms. Excel or any finance/accounting system.
. Has a great initiative and good communication skill.
. Willing to be placed in one of these Depo areas.
. Penempatan: Makassar, Palembang, Yogya, Medan, Tangerang.
5. Depo Head/Kepala Depo
. Penempatan Jabodetabek (Roxy & Tangerang).
6. Depo Head/Kepala Depo
. Penempatan: Batam, Jambi Banjarmasin, Samarinda, dan Manado.
7. Store Manager (Apple)
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 out 4.00.
. Has relevant experience as store leader/store head in Apple Store.
. Proven experience in sales/retail min, 3 years, prefereble from mobile phone industry background especially Apple Store.
. Strong knowledge in sales method & techniques, product profit and loss.
. Strong communication and presentation skills.
. Have a strong organization and leadership skills.
Demonstrated work ethic, self-disciplined & integrity.
