PT JNE perusahaan bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman logistik ini membuka lowongan kerja,mencari tenaga untuk ditempatkan sebagai Key Account Executive.
Berikut ini deskripsi kerja dan kualifikasi yang harus dimiliki pelamar lulusan S1 di PT JNE bagi yang ingin mengisi posisi sebagai Key Account Executive.
Posisi: Key Account Executive
Responsibilities:
. Identify potential customers based on the assigned segment.
. Build a professional relationship and network with new and existing customers to expand the business by continuously proposing solutions than meet their objectives.
. Conduct company research to develop a potential business for costumers.
. Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the service process to run smoothly as well as resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.
. Prepare regular sales progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
. Proactively establish and maintain effective teamwork relationships with all relevant departments.
. Schedule advance working appoinments and respond promptly.
. Implement working instructions related to business processes according to customer needs.
Qualification:
. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor,s degree in any major.
. Having 2 years of working experience in sales of business development.
. Good communication skills & abilitiy to communicate in English (Both Spoken and Writen).
. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
. Customer-oriented.
. Multi-tasking.
