Senior Analyst, Commercial Policy and Pricing
Job Description
- Ensure price quotes and contracts are negotiated within the Commercial Policy guidelines.
- Ensure proper functioning of the minimum price escalation process.
- Analyze pricing KPIs and act as a consultant towards sales, marketing, and finance to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements.
- Design and implement pricing dashboards and deep-dive reports for managerial reviews and operational deep-dives.
- Coach Markets in driving a price and profit performance culture by providing insights into performance, sharing best-practices and managing Market-specific improvement plans.
- Moderate discussions between Businesses and Markets on various commercial topics to secure a BMC handshake on price positioning and portfolio strategies.
- Support on large scale projects and work with commercial lead in pro-active identification, assessment, mitigating and monitoring of risks (strategic, operational, financial, legal/ compliance) related to strategic offers and large complex deals.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, business administration, MBA or equivalent).
- With 5-8 years of related work experience with exposure in APAC markets.
- Experience in a pricing, commercial, finance, strategy, risk or audit role.
- Experience in the healthcare and/or consumer products domain.
- Experience working in a cross functional team.
- Strong analytic tool skills (Excel/Powerpoint/Power BI mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred).
- Strong critical thinking & analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understands a multinational environment and its complexity.
- Risk background is plus but not mandatory.
