Requirement

 

  • Min S1 all majors.
  • Fresh graduate or have 2 years experience.
  • Can operate Ms. Office / Open Office, G Suite, Web Browser, and others.
  • Understand organizational design, organizational size, job evaluation, and company culture.
  • Understand assessment, performance management, training & development, potential sourcing, career & succession.
  • Understand labor regulations and related regulations.

2. Human Capital Business Partner Supervisor

 

Task & Responsibility

  • Facilitate and review the preparation of a new organizational structure or organizational change.
  • Coordinate the team in carrying out employee development programs.
  • Lead the team to regularly update, analyze data and administer human capital.
  • Directing the team to carry out legal processes, industrial relations & employee engagement.
  • Team control and carry out general affairs and permits.
  • Carry out managerial functions such as managing the implementation of the HC team's work planning in their area according to the target, as well as monitoring the implementation of tasks and KPI assessments.

Requirement

 

  • S1 all major
  • Experience min. 3 years in supervisory position in human capital/min. 5 years in human capital staff position.
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office Calc, ERP system (SAP), and other digital technologies.
  • Understand organization design, organization sizing, job evaluation, corporate culture, assessment, performance management, training & development, potential sourcing, career & success.
  • Understand data analysis, labor regulations, general affairs processes, as well as company and employment licensing processes.
