Minimum Requirements
• EngineeringDegree preferably.
• Minimum 15yrs experience with Offshore Facilities (particularl ywellhead platform, production platform, accommodation platform, living quartermodule, construction) design, procurement, fabrication, construction & commissioning work phases.
• Preferably 12yrs experience inexecution of Building Package / Living Quarter execution phases, i.e., fabrication,construction, Precommissioning, within the offshore oil and gas industry;wellhead platforms, production platforms, accommodation modules, FPSOaccommodation blocks, etc.
• Minimum 10yrs experience in fabrication yards, preferably SE Asia or Middle Easternfabrication / construction yards.
• Minimum 10yrs experience as Delivery Engineer or Project Engineer, preferably at Senioror Lead level.

• Assist the Head of Topsides Execution with the delivery of the NFXPOffshore Topsides packages; primarily the Building Packages (Control &Auxilary Module, High Voltage & Temporary Refuge), or as directed.
• Initially based in Doha, and then assigned to the Batam Fabrication yard,the role shall ensure the objectives for the design, procurement, fabricationand commissioning of the package(s) are safely met as per applicable HSE&S,quality standards and Project Specifications, and within the approved budgetand schedule.
• Assist in the implementation and compliance of the EPCI scope(s) of work and key milestones, butmainly responsible for site delivery and monitoring of packages; primarily BuildingPackages; through the execution phase, from their design through to yardcommissioning activities and sign-off are in-line with the package schedule(s);including the management of bothtechnical & physical interfaces (and integration) across multi-disciplines.
• Therole shall also include the monitoring of the package equipment/materialprocurement delivery, and any subcontract awards required to excute thepackages through to final delivery; (site fabrication and system completion) at Batam fabrication yard.
