Deskripsi pekerjaan:
- Assist in the implementation of work procedures, job safety, meet the attributes or the completeness of work in order to create a safe work environment.
- Maintain and tidy up food storage areas and equipment to be used for smooth work operation.
- Maintain standards of taste, appearance, cleanliness and food portions in accordance with that prescribed by the Executive Chef.
- Report the stock of items that are about to run out so that they can be ordered as soon as possible.
- Help Chef de Partie to make preparations before cooking and able to replace the tasks of Chef de Partie when Chef de Partie was not present.
- Minimize the risk of damage and accidents at work.

Kualifikasi:
- Have experience in hotels / restaurants at least 2 years.
- Willing to learn, diligent and disciplined.
- Subject to the demands of the business.
- Able to thrive in challenging work environment.
- Willing to stay on site (resort) when working and flexible working hours.
