Posisi: Training lead/Manager

Deskripsi pekerjaan

Administering Employee Training Programs

  • Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.
  • Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training activities.

Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness

  • Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes.
  • Meets regularly with participants to assess progress and address concerns.
  • Partners with operational leaders to assess if employees demonstrate effective skills.
  • Measures transfer of learning from training courses to the operation.

Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets

  • Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
  • Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance.
  • Makes any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate.
  • Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.
  • Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.
  • Develops specific training to improve service performance.
  • Drives brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience on curriculum development from scratch.
  • At least 5+ years of experience handling training department.
  • Proficient and experienced in dealing with multiple department on all level.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations).
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
  • Good computer and database skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
