Requirements:
- Minimum D3 in related field;
- Minimum 2 years experience, prefer in mineral water;
- Fluent in English;
- Placement in Batam.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, monitor and be responsible for the day-to-day sales & marketing activities and performances.
- Manage marketing budget and prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales report of our products.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
- Develop Sales & Marketing strategies for market penetration and customer acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

- Manage and provide guidance for team members.
- Participate in corporate development initiatives to support and facilitate business growth.
- Support system implementation/improvements as necessary, support in ad hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned.
- Represent & promote company's Brand on local and overseas market to ensure the sales hit the target.
