KEPRI POST - Perusahaan SPM Surface Product atau SPM Oil and Gas yang merupakan grup Caterpillar Company, membuka lowongan kerja untuk lulusan Sarjana teknik (S1) ditempatkan sebagai Lead Engineer.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
. Travel to support internal and/or external customer needs.
. Work non-standard hours in support of rig down situations.
. Lead continuous improvement of processes, tools, and standards.
. Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects is consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
. Mentor newly hired engineers and assist in the development of training materials
. Undertake contract/sales order reviews to identify commercial and technical risks.
. Participate in design reviews with the customer and gain acceptance for design specifications.
. Develop an overall project verification plan. Where appropriate include verification requirements from third parties and the customer.
. Identify and ensure equipment is designed in accordance with the current International Standards
. Identify improvements in existing products, procedures and processes and develop cost effective solutions to satisfy specifications.
. Communicate design specifications for interpretation by other engineers and designers.
. Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical reviews.
. Prepare/manage execution plans for engineering deliverables.
. Undertake design verification to establish a full Design Verification Package (DVP) to satisfy the verification plan.
. Create, review & approve drawings, calculations, procedure & BOM undertaken by others in support of design, ensuring the appropriate approvals.
. Work with other functions to solve problems, such as manufacturing, testing, sourcing, field service and project management.
. Provide technical leadership and ownership of assigned projects
