ICSS Completion Specialist
- Oversee contractor activities during the North Field Production & Sustainability (NFPS) EPCOL Project, which includes all aspects of Onshore Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) and Instrumentation for System Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities at project fabrication yard in Karimun, Indonesia.
- Ensure the facility and all its components are built and installed according to the design and function as agreed in project specifications.
- Facilitate a flawless start-up of the new facilities by supervising the transition through EPC construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases including final handover from project team to end user.

Key Job Accountabilities:
- Ensure ICSS, Instrument and Control (I&C) and Telecom activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Lead work execution, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with Qatargas operational policies, standards of business conduct and project management system.
- Monitor the Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) purchase order with the EPC Contractor and System Vendor in accordance with the roles and responsibilities given in the contract to ensure safe and seamless integration of the systems without any disturbance to the existing operating facilities.
- Guide and supervise EPC Contractor plans and work schedules ensuring effective completion of project activities and provide data (narrative, charts, graphs), change management recommendations and recovery plans to address any schedule delays for monthly progress and stewardship reporting.

- Monitor Plan and schedule I&C engineering deliverables to enable efficient project execution.
- Guide EPC Contractor on develop, update and amend project philosophies, policies and procedures ensuring that all references to Instrument & Controls Engineering are current and relevant.
- Evaluate and analyse complex tasks and assignments, providing I&C expertise to other disciplines as necessary, in support of completing activities within schedule and making appropriate recommendations to management on I&C issues.
- Attend (Witness/Hold) all site related activities to Process, Mechanical and Piping.
- Review Systemization and marked-up drawings.
- Witness site related activities for Instrumentation & Control and Telecom.
- Manage the Systems Completion Procedure ensuring any third parties activities are compatible with the objectives of NFPS Offshore Project and handover documentation meets Major Projects deliverables. Monitor and track computerised Completion Management System (CMS) for certification and quality assurance.

- Participate in contract reviews to ensure adequate Systems Completion control and work procedures are established and followed throughout project duration.
- Provide commissioning input for Safety and Operability reviews and confirm implementation of safety procedures.
- Participate at site to ensure safe execution of Systems Completion activities and provide guidance on ICSS, Instrumentation & Control, and Telecom for Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Turnover of equipment and systems as required.
- Develop and manage effective Systems Completion procedures, work packs, tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth and safe hand-over to permanent organisation.
- Lead and manage clear communication and reporting lines for all matters pertaining to Systems Completion for NFPS Offshore Project and ensure compliance with Project Management (QGPM) requirements.
- Facilitate operational input into post implementation reviews and audits ensuring all actions are completed relating to the project.
- Coordinate and share lessons learned from previous projects and maintain a register of current lessons learned for use in future projects within .
- Develop the Project System Completion philosophy in full coordination with OPCO.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years’ systems completion experience in the oil and gas industry with exposure to a major projects environment in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong experience working in ICSS, Instrument & Controls and Telecom, preferably in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
- Previous knowledge of Brownfield engineering and execution required.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, organising and planning skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Computer literate in project management systems adapted to oil & gas industry.
