Posisi yang dibutuhkan: Corporate Secretary Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
. Prepare and organize the corporate documents and regular reporting documents in accordance with the laws and regulations under the authority of corporate secretary to be submitted to the relevant regulators (e.g. annual report, etc.)
. Create and maintain critical corporate records (e.g. correspondence, notarial deeds, circular resolutions, etc.).
. Organize and compile the meeting and materials for annual and extraordinary meeting of shareholders, periodically boards and committee meetings.
. Following the development of the relevant laws and regulations and provide suggestions to the Corporate Secretary of the Company for any updates in connection with such laws and regulations to ensure that the Company comply with such prevailing laws and regulations.
. Liaise with appointed notary, external counsel, share registrar, and relevant regulator (e.g. Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and Indonesia Stock Exchange, etc.).
. Maintain periodical information to the regulators and public, if needed, to ensure that the Company meets the transparency requirements in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
