1. Hse Safety Operation
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out Safety Health and Environment operational activities in accordance with SOP and other HSE rules to ensure that all workers in the work environment can work in guaranteed conditions for their safety and health.
- Identify and mapping potential hazards in the work area.
- Creating operational safety program ideas that include preventive and corrective efforts.
- Ensure that the equipment complies with the regulatory standards determined by the Government.
- Reporting on operational safety performance to the relevant agencies.

Job Requirements
- Min S1 Any Major, preferably majoring in Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineer.
- Min 3 years experience in mining operational safety.
- Have safety leadership.
- Have Basic Life Support & Basic Fire Fighter.
- Have Pengawas Operasional Pertama Certificate.
- Willing to be placed in Kelanis, Kalimantan Tengah.
2. Crewing Section Head
Job Responsibilities
- Reviewing and monitoring crewing operations, development and recruitment activities including preparing the placement of manpower crew on ships as well as monitoring and evaluating crew performance to support the company's operational activities.
- So that they can run smoothly and ensure the implementation of crew development goes according to the predetermined program.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) any major, preferably majoring in Marine.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field of Port Operations and/or Offshore Support Tug industry.
- Having knowledge of Marine, Vessel Management, and HR.
- Having competence in ISM Code, Audit, and Microsoft Office.
- Good leadership and people skills management.
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.
