KEPRI POST - PT. Interpak Industries Batam didirikan secara resmi pada September 2001 dan mulai beroperasi sejak Oktober 2001 dan saat ini menempati area seluas 9000 meter persegi untuk manufaktur, pergudangan dan perkantoran. Kami memiliki lebih dari 200 tenaga kerja dan karyawan.
Untuk mempertahankan layanan perusahaan dan jaminan kualitas, IIB telah memperoleh sistem Mutu melalui ISO 9001: 2000, dan menyelamatkan bumi melalui program Lingkungan dan menetapkan ISO 14001:2004 sebagai panduan dan Manual. Di sisi lain untuk mendukung kebutuhan pelanggan IIB, IIB juga berusaha untuk memenuhi Rohs serta memperoleh kebutuhan pelanggan lainnya seperti Sony Green Partner, Panasonic Green Procurement dan Epson Green Purchasing untuk menerapkan sistem tersebut pada semua produk kami. Saat ini PT Interpak Industries Batam sedang membuka lowongan kerja, Berikut deskripsi kerja dan kualifikasi yang harus dipenuhi pelamar.

Posisi yang dibutuhkan: IT Manager


Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Broad Function:

. Plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate, and make plans to improve the hardware and software maintenance, system training and consultation and future planning of hardware and software development and information security.

Responsibilities:

. Manage information technology and computer system.
. Develop and implement information technology and security policies and procedure.
. Design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunication software, networks and information system.
. Control computer system budgets and expenditures.
. Trouble shoot hardware, software and network operating system.
. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and networks resources.
. Provide orientation to new users of existing technology and train staffs about new and potential technology.
. Develop and maintain information security and backup of critical information.
. Select and work with outside vendors on technology and software development.
. Responsible for staff scheduling including: work assignments/rotations, employee training time, employee breaks, overtime worked, back-up due to absences, call-ins, etc.
. Ensuring compliance of ROHS, Green Partner, Green Purchasing, and Green Procurement, ISO 9001:2008 and 14001: 2004 requirements.
. MySQL, PHP Programming, Photoshop.

Qualification & Competences:

. Minimal Diploma in Information Technology with minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
. Having good communications skill in English both oral and written, Mandarin Speaker.
. Having good personality, self starter, motivation, team work.
. Strong analytical skills.
. Able to start work immediately.
