Job Description
- Planning and control daily operational work in the Accounting Department.
- Monitoring and control the system in Accounting Department to keep in accordance with the accounting policies applied by company.
- Review and ensure the correctness of the supplier invoice that have been verified and checked by his subordinates.
- Coordinate, prepare and explain the data of transactions and financial reports to management, auditors, tax section and other interested parties.
- Coordinate and process data for financial statements in accordance with the format of the audit on monthly basis.
- Coordinate and make a report of company SPT Tax based on Commercial reports before and after the audit.
- To prepare and post month end journal entries.
- To review and post daily system journal entries, i.e. AR, AP, PO, CO, IC dist & etc.
- Coordinate, reconciliation and check the physical inventory on quarterly basis.
- Record Journal Audit Adjustment and reconcile Internal Reports with Audit Report.
- Ensure and analyze the validity of the documents supporting financial administration and taxation.
- Meeting with local tax consultant and tax auditor as and when required.
- Perform reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts on monthly basis.
- Review the intercompany transactions and monthly intercompany matrix.
- Review the Fixed Assets, prepare for CAPEX addition and disposal.
- To monitor and ensure COR and DGT form is being received from oversea service supplier before payment release.
- To review and ensure the correctness of monthly WHT payment to local tax authority.
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting if needed.
- Assist with any request for accounting information from corporate office, internal tax department, operations, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of US Reporting, Statutory Reporting and Local Tax Return.
- Reporting to Government - LKPM on quarterly basis (Deadline: 10th of the following quarter).
- To attend the questions from Bank of Indonesia.
- Ensure that changes in local Tax Regulations are appropriately monitored.
- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, i.e. Statutory audit, tax audit & etc.
- Assist with quarterly SOX requirements.
- Any other duties or functions as assigned.
